The publication brings together his intricate, otherworldly drawings with imagery from his archive, rooted in occult symbolism, esoteric research, and drag racing. The title refers to the quarter mile drag strip as a contained space of transformation, framing the book as both ritual site and journey. These worlds meet on the page, highlighting parallels where speed and repetition begin to echo the logic of ritual, spell, and invocation. The drawings follow a natural sequence shaped by shadow, suggesting a passage of time, with twelve original works forming the core of the book and additional spreads acting as pauses, giving it the rhythm of a visual trip.

Typography shifts across the book, balancing esoteric printed matter with the graphic culture of hot rods. On the cover, the title stretches across the page like road markings and also appears in a coded, symbolic form. The artist’s name repeats in a chant-like rhythm, while inside, circular typography suggests both ritual and motion.

The book is printed throughout in risograph and French folded. Two interior stocks are used: one close to the paper of the original drawings, preserving their material character, and another for archival imagery, creating a quiet separation.
